I am a Certified Life Coach, have been certified for 5years but also have plenty of life experience, helping clients find their way, guiding clients, helping clients recover from their toxic relationships. I myself was a victim of narcissistic abuse, so it is my passion to help recover and find your way after your loss.

My approach is centered around helping my clients cultivate self-awareness, identify their values and goals, and create actionable steps towards achieving them.
